As the Director of Talent Acquisition, Bill is tasked with growing and developing the tax, accounting, support, technology, and client relations professionals within Community Tax. Since his tenure, Bill’s fueled significant growth and created an inclusive, diverse, and committed team of professionals who are client-centered, solutions-oriented, and principled in client advocacy. Career

Bill has an extensive history in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resource consulting, and staffing. He graduated from Rockford University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business, and went on to work with a variety of companies—from startups to Fortune 500 companies and Big Four Accounting firms. Bill’s earned both the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation and its international counterpart, the Certified International Personnel Consultant (CIPC) designation.

As the owner of a leading Chicago-based recruiting firm, Bill has represented companies and the career seeking public, alike. Through his company, he’s placed thousands of people in new jobs, trained hundreds of recruiters, and has been the recipient of the National Association of Personnel Services’ (NAPS) Hall of Fame Award.
