Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys staying active, painting and spending time with her friends and family. Sarah is proud of her growing family of rescued dogs, currently she has three. She also participates in an annual storytelling production that raises funds for nonprofits supporting local youth.

Sarah E. Nieschalk is an Enrolled Agent who specializes in federal and state tax collections controversy and representation. With over eight years of experience in tax controversy, Sarah’s experience includes a wide range of complex tax issues including high dollar individual income tax collections, Trust FundRecovery employment tax liabilities, and corporate audit cases. She endeavors to help clients overcome their acute tax challenges as well as provide education on how to prevent future tax issues.
Career
Sarah attended the University of North Florida where she was active in the Honors Program and Mock Trial Team and graduated with honors, earning a B.A. in English Literature. After graduating, Sarah began her career in local property tax appeals, but quickly found her passion was tax collection representation in 2011. Sarah became an Enrolled Agent in 2012 and has since resolved over 5,000 cases for her clients saving millions of dollars and countless businesses from being closed in the process. Sarah joined Community Tax in 2017 as Assistant Vice President of Servicing and bought her intense passion for helping our clients with her.
