Role at Community Tax
Paul has gained valuable experience in different departments since coming aboard in 2016, making him one of our most well-rounded team members. He began his career at Community Tax as a Practitioner in the Resolutions Department and diligently helped a large number of clients find solutions to their tax concerns. He then transitioned into an Investigation Practitioner, which taught him extensive skills in research and analysis. Paul eventually developed a heavy focus on client enrollment and a passion for dedicated customer service. Taking his experience from resolutions, investigations, and enrollment, he moved into the role of Managing Practitioner of Enrollment where he oversees all English Case Reviews and Phase 2 English sales.
As an Illinois resident, Paul grew up in Naperville before attending college at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He graduated in 2005, and decided to continue his education at the Chicago-Kent College of Law. After making the Dean’s List and finishing law school in 2009, Paul went on to open and operate a sole proprietor law firm. During his experience in litigation, he tried 18 jury trials to verdict and conducted over 50 arbitrations. Eventually, Paul discovered his passion for taxes, which led him to join the Community Tax team.
