Role at Community Tax
Deborah Parks is the Enrollment Process Master here at Community Tax. In this role, Deborah serves as the liaison across the Sales and Investigation departments, and executes training programs for the Investigations Department. She is also a process improvement expert, where she works to streamline the case review process as well as troubleshoot the implementation and user experience of new CRM.
Deborah Parks’ career began after graduating from California State University, Fullerton once she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She lived in the Los Angeles area and later decided to settle down in Chicago. During this time, she gained experience in sales and customer relations. She is a skilled process improvement specialist, with experience improving company operations, along with software and programs. Her critical thinking skills and out-of-the-box mentality helped shape Community Tax into the friendly, efficient, and hard-working firm it is today.
