Role at Community Tax

As a human resources business partner for Community Tax, Cynthia is involved in helping to support the business’s organizational goals. Overseeing initiatives regarding everything from compliance and operations to establishing a positive work environment, Cynthia has been instrumental in the success of Community Tax. Working in HR allows Cynthia to help her colleagues in many ways, which is what she enjoys most about her job.

Career

Working in HR for over six years, Cynthia’s experience began in the social service sector, and she later transitioned to an HR Generalist role in the healthcare industry. Cynthia started at Community Tax as an HR Business Partner in July of 2018. As a true believer in maximizing her potential, she is also a member of Toastmasters International which focuses on building leadership development.
