Role at Community Tax
Annabelle Borota, Esq. is a Tax Attorney at Community Tax. Annabelle assists clients, both individuals and businesses, on legal issues with the IRS including failure to file and back taxes. When IRS troubles arise, Annabelle represents Community Tax clients in all aspects, from investigation to resolution. She also advises clients on how to avoid problems with the IRS by helping them navigate complex tax laws.
Annabelle has always been dedicated to excellence, especially in her career. Prior to working at Community Tax, Annabelle was a civil litigation attorney with a focus on medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. She also gained extensive experience in probate and estate law. Annabelle also previously worked with the Chicago legal team for Guggenheim Partners, a global investment and advisory financial services firm that engages in investment banking, asset management, capital markets services, and insurance services. Anabelle’s education was no different. She received her J.D. from the John Marshall Law School where she was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient.
