Mr. Dayan co-founded Community Tax in 2010, and it quickly became one of the largest tax resolution and tax defense companies in the United States. Through Community Tax and his other ventures, Mr. Dayan works toward advancing taxpayer interests by offering an array of tax and legal services designed to help consumers and businesses.
Career
Adam Dayan graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts before attending Chicago Kent College of Law. He began his career at a law firm formerly known as Harris Kessler and Goldstein, where he took on cases related to banking law and real estate. In 2004, Mr. Dayan founded the nationwide mortgage company Pan American Mortgage, LLC, where he served as CEO and President. When Pan American Mortgage merged with Pan American Bank, he served as Director for Pan American Bank.
In 2010, Mr. Dayan founded Consumer Law Group, LLC, a law firm representing Chicago clients. The firm offered a wide range of legal assistance ranging from immigration law to bankruptcy law.
In 2013, Mr. Dayan co-founded and became Chairman and CEO of National Funding Group, LLC. NFG assists small businesses in obtaining access to working capital when traditional funding isn’t available.
